Terms and Conditions:
The following are the terms and conditions of our high school senior contract.
This appears on the back of our contract (the front of the contract is filled in
with the contact info and details of your photography.) and these are the terms
and conditions you are agreeing to when you contract our services. If you have

By Appointment Only (approximately 25 images taken per session.)
Payment: All payment is due in full before services are rendered and/or goods are delivered.
2nd Location: $60- all locations must be within 10 miles of studio or additional travel charges will be necessary.
Proofing: Images are proofed in the studio upon completion of the session. The yearbook photo must be chosen at this time. You may make an appointment at a later date to pick your package poses.
Ordering: Package prints may consist of different poses. Products ordered in addition to your prepaid package will need to be paid for in full before the order is processed.
Retouching: Minor retouching (acne only) is included in the price of prints. Additional artwork such as removing braces, scars, sunburns, objects in photo, etc. will be billed by the hour, with a minimum charge of $60 (call for specific quote). Retouching cannot be done after photos are printed. ONLY prints ordered from Black Forest Photography are retouched. NOT images on CD.
Satisfaction: We will gladly perform one re-shoot session if images are not to your satisfaction. No refunds will be given. Re-shoots must be scheduled BEFORE any package images are ordered. If a re-shoot is requested, all images from the previous session will be discarded and will no longer be available for viewing or ordering. Once your package has been ordered, service and goods are considered to be completed.
Copyright: All images taken by Black Forest Photography are protected by federal copyright law. Any reproduction or transfer of these images for any reason without an official copyright release is a violation of federal law and will be prosecuted. Images may not be scanned, saved to file, sent over internet, burned to disc, printed (in announcements, invitations, reprinted photos) etc.
Rush Fees: Any portrait sessions scheduled within two weeks of a school yearbook deadline that requires delivery of a yearbook photo will be charged an additional $50 rush fee!
Yearbook Deadlines: Black Forest Photography will deliver yearbook photos for all local schools within a 20 mile radius of our studio. It is the clients responsibility to inform Black Forest Photography of their yearbook photo choice for submission in a timely manner. School yearbook photo deadlines are rigid and therefore must be adhered to. We cannot submit photos that do not meet the schools guidelines for publication (poses, clothing, props, cropping specifications, etc.) Students who have not chosen a yearbook photo within two weeks of their schools deadline will not have their photos submitted by Black Forest Photography unless an additional yearbook photo rush fee of $50 is paid!
Additional Fees: Any fees necessary for yearbook photo submission required by the school will either need to be paid for by the client or will be charged in addition to package fees.
