Not only do we offer you the best photography in Colorado
Springs, we also help you get the most out of your wedding
photography budget. We do this by simply including
everything in your package we can think of. Complete
wedding coverage to take the guess-work out of your
wedding day planning.
o Two Professional Photographers: This means twice the opportunity and
skill necessary to capture once in a lifetime moments. This quality of coverage
cannot be obtained by simply having one pro photographer and an assistant
with a camera. You receive the benefit and efficiency of two professional
artists that can perform independently of one another. Double the
memories and photos of your wedding day!
o Prints: You will receive an entire set of color corrected 4x6 prints of your
wedding day. These images are 'album ready' and are yours to keep. These
are not 'proofs'. They are finished, color corrected, full frame, archival prints
printed on professional photographic paper. This gives you the flexibility of
being able to frame them, give them away, put them in your own album or
scrapbook and simply enjoy them however you see fit. Alternatively, you may
opt to receive a proof magazine instead of paper prints. Proof magazines
contain thumbnail images with their corresponding file names. No additional
purchasing of prints required!
o CD: You will receive a CD of all your wedding day image files. These will
be high resolution, print ready jpg files of 1800x1200 pixels at 300ppi. They will
easily produce 8x10 enlargements and are fully color corrected, matching the
set of prints you receive. These images are not watermarked in any way, and
you will receive a copyright release so that you may legally reproduce them for
the enjoyment of family and friends. You may still order professionally
processed reprints and enlargements from us if you wish. Print all you like!
o Website: We will post your images to your very own online viewing and ordering
site. This will be a great convenience for people wishing to see your wedding or order
prints. This is particularly useful for guests who may be from out of town, or for people
who were unable to attend your wedding. Everyone can enjoy your wedding memories
with the click of a mouse!
o Albums: We offer a variety of custom albums with our Spruce and Peak packages.
This ensures that you receive a beautiful presentation of your wedding story that fits
your particular style. These albums range from traditional matted albums, all the way
to custom coffee table books. These albums will contain a varying amount of images,
depending on the manufacturer. No album 'up-charge' necessary to get a quality album!
o Black & White: We will photograph a mix of black & white and color images on your
wedding day. This gives you a beautiful, artistic interpretation of your once-in-a-lifetime
day at no additional cost!
o Unlimited Photos: We will take as many photographs as is necessary to fully
document your event. The average number of images for a wedding is over 400. No
need to worry about not getting enough photos!
Booking Information:
Availability:
You are urged to book your wedding photography services as soon as possible.
Dates are booked on a first come, first served basis and are often booked a year
or more in advance. By booking your favorite photographer as soon as a decision
is reached, you will likely avoid the disappointment of having to book your
'second choice' as a back up. A retainer is the only method to reserve your date.
Dates are not 'held' or 'penciled in'. We accept cash, check and master card/visa
for your convenience.
Discounts:
We currently do not offer discounts based on 'off season', or 'non Saturday'
weddings. We simply do not have an 'off season' as we photograph weddings
and events steadily throughout the year. We also photograph weddings during
various days of the week. High quality photography costs the same amount to
produce, and requires the same amount of effort no matter when we perform it.
We give the same attention to quality and detail to every wedding we photograph
regardless of when or where it is held.
Payment Structure:
A non-refundable retainer of 1/3 the total balance of your chosen services is
required to be paid in order to book your date. The second 1/3 is due 8 weeks
before your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your
wedding date. Balance must be paid in full before services will be performed.
Consultations:
We will be happy to meet with you and discuss your plans, answer all your
questions, and show you more examples of our work. Being comfortable with
the personality of your wedding photographers is vital to the success of your
wedding day. We also welcome emails and phone calls. Meetings must be
made by appointment so that we may give you our full attention. We are not
available for 'walk in' consultations.
